Powder brows don’t incorporate individual hair strokes; instead, they provide a light, pixelated hue that resembles the look of powdered makeup. My mastered technique ensures there are no harsh lines, offering a gentle gradient and added fullness to your brows that will heal natural and beautiful.

Powder Brows: Soft ✨ Airy ✨ Borderless

Here’s a glimpse of powder brows before and healed from the second session! 🫰

Over the years, I’ve mastered the art of creating the most natural-looking powder brows that evolve beautifully as you age. The purpose of powder brows is not to replace your eyebrow makeup routine but to provide a gentle and understated shape that complements your features without being overly defined. Bold PMU does not equal bold brow makeup 🚫

Often referred to as ombre brows, this technique is designed to be soft and borderless for the most flattering aging effect. If applied too harshly, you might find yourself needing laser removal in the future. It’s crucial to select an experienced artist and, most importantly, to review their healed work.

Typically, powder brows can last between 1.5 to 3 years, gradually fading to a lighter shade. A color-boost touch-up might be necessary when the color has faded to about 40%.

It’s completely normal for clients to enhance their brows with makeup IF they DESIRE. Some prefer to fill in their brows, while others enjoy the natural look—it’s all about personal preference. For those wanting a bolder appearance, using makeup on top of the permanent brows can be the best solution, as permanent makeup heals flat in the skin while topical products add dimension, texture, and a different light reflection.

As an artist, my primary goal is to offer long-lasting, natural results that adapt and age gracefully with each client. 💯🤗

The permanent makeup industry is constantly evolving, and it’s essential for me to keep expanding my skills and I love learning from those who have been in the game longer than me. 9 years in and I truly still love to learn from others!

I was fortunate to have the chance to train with some of the true pioneers in the eyeliner niche, including Teryn from @girlzinkstudio, Will from @willanthonycosmetics / @cypressinkstudios, and Amber from @msamberred. They generously shared their wealth of knowledge!

While this industry can sometimes feel superficial and driven by ego, this class truly embodied what a masterclass should be. It was all about digging deep, receiving honest feedback, and striving to improve as artists with some tough love, truly 😂. A heartfelt THANK YOU to them for this invaluable experience. ❤️🙏

During her first session, we opted for a more conservative approach since this client typically doesn’t wear much makeup and spends a lot of time outside. I prefer to begin with what feels comfortable for the client. After just one session, the results were beautifully healed – and during her touch-up, we enhanced it a little more since she felt ready for the next step 🥰.

Sometimes, it takes gradual progress to reach the desired outcome 💞.

I have every client come back about 6-10 weeks after their initial session for a “perfecting touch-up” session. This is where we go a bit darker if needed, go a bit thicker if needed, perfect any patchy areas if needed, adjust the shape if needed and overall just get the brows perfected! 👌

Most clients come back with near perfect results but I’m an artist and perfectionist so I will always find something to make them just that much better 😏💪

This technique is not microblading. It’s performed using a machine and nano needle, similar to a tattoo. Lasts 1.5-3 years after initial two sessions. ✨
